• BIND limit: Up to 3 times per week
• Weekly reset: Every Saturday at 1:00 UTC (10:00 JST)
• First week: From campaign start to the following Saturday at 1:00 UTC (10:00 JST)
• Bonus for MANEKINEKO Genesis & MANEKINEKO (OG) holders: Up to 5 BINDs per week
